Delivery

HERAVALDI Gift Cards are delivered electronically by email immediately after purchase. The purchaser may forward the gift card email to the intended recipient.

Please verify the recipient's email address carefully before completing your purchase to ensure successful delivery.

Redemption

Gift cards can be redeemed exclusively at heravaldi.com and may be used toward the purchase of any available products.

Remaining Balance

If the value of a purchase is less than the available gift card balance, the remaining balance will remain available for future purchases.

If the order value exceeds the gift card balance, the remaining amount must be paid using one of the available payment methods at checkout.

No Expiration Date

HERAVALDI Gift Cards do not expire and may be redeemed at any time.

Non-Refundable

Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

Fraud Prevention

HERAVALDI reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or hold gift card transactions where fraud, misuse, or unauthorized activity is suspected.
