Throughout these Terms, “HERAVALDI”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Beauty Harmony Lab Ltd.

2. SCOPE OF THESE TERMS

These Terms govern your access to and use of our website, as well as all purchases of products and services made through it.

By using the website or placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Returns, Refunds and Product Concerns Policy.

3. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. If you are under 18, you may use the website only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.

By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

4. PRODUCT INFORMATION

We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, ingredients, images and other information displayed on the website are accurate.

Because our formulations contain ingredients of natural origin, their colour, aroma or texture may vary slightly between batches. These natural variations do not necessarily indicate a defect and do not affect the quality of the product.

Product results may vary depending on individual skin characteristics, routine and frequency of use. Product descriptions are not intended to guarantee identical results for every person.

5. PRICES

Prices are displayed in the currency selected or shown on the website and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.

Delivery charges and any other applicable costs are displayed before the order is submitted.

We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted. If an obvious pricing error is identified before an order is accepted, we will contact you and give you the option to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it.

6. ORDERS AND CONTRACT FORMATION

Orders may be placed through:

Before submitting an online order, you will have the opportunity to review and correct the information provided.

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products. A binding contract is formed when we send you confirmation that your order has been accepted.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order before acceptance if:

  • A product is unavailable

  • Payment cannot be authorised

  • An obvious pricing or product information error has occurred

  • We suspect fraud, misuse or unauthorised activity

  • Delivery to the provided address is not possible

If payment has already been collected for an order that we cannot accept, the amount will be refunded promptly.

7. PAYMENT

Available payment methods may include:

  • Debit or credit card

  • PayPal

  • Cash on delivery for eligible orders within Bulgaria

Card payments may be processed by Viva.com or another payment provider displayed at checkout. Payment providers process your payment information according to their own terms and privacy policies.

Beauty Harmony Lab Ltd. does not store complete payment card details on its servers.

8. DELIVERY

Available delivery methods, shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout and depend on the destination and selected service.

Orders within Bulgaria may be delivered through Speedy, Econt or BOX NOW. International orders may be delivered through DHL, euShipments or their local delivery partners.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact details. If an order cannot be delivered because the information provided is incorrect, access to the address is unavailable or the parcel is not collected within the courier’s timeframe, additional delivery costs may apply.

The risk of loss or damage passes to you when you, or a person nominated by you, receives physical possession of the products, except where otherwise provided by applicable law.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control. If your order is delayed, please contact us at info@heravaldi.com, and we will assist you in obtaining updated information from the courier.

9. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS

If you are a consumer in the European Union or European Economic Area, you generally have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the products, subject to the exceptions provided by law.

For health and hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal may not apply to sealed cosmetic products once they have been opened or unsealed.

We also offer certain voluntary return and satisfaction options beyond the statutory withdrawal period. The applicable conditions, deadlines and refund procedures are described in our Returns, Refunds and Product Concerns Policy.

Nothing in our voluntary policies limits your mandatory consumer rights.

10. DEFECTIVE OR NON-CONFORMING PRODUCTS

Products must conform to the contract and meet the requirements of applicable consumer law.

If a product arrives damaged, defective or does not correspond to your order, please contact us at info@heravaldi.com and provide your order number, a description of the issue and, where possible, photographs of the product and packaging.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, you may be entitled to replacement, refund or another appropriate remedy.

Individual reactions or allergies resulting from personal sensitivity are not automatically considered manufacturing defects. Please review the ingredient list and usage instructions carefully and perform a patch test before first use where recommended.

Nothing in these Terms restricts the legal guarantee or any other mandatory rights available to consumers.

11. ACCOUNTS

Creating an account is optional. You are responsible for ensuring that your account information remains accurate and for keeping your login credentials confidential.

Please notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. We may suspend an account where reasonably necessary to protect the user, the website or other customers.

12. GIFT CARDS AND PROMOTIONAL CODES

HERAVALDI digital gift cards are delivered electronically and may be used for eligible online purchases.

Gift cards do not expire unless otherwise expressly stated at the time of purchase. They cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded except where required by law.

Promotional codes are subject to the conditions communicated with each offer. Unless otherwise stated, promotional codes cannot be combined, exchanged for cash or applied retrospectively.

13. REVIEWS AND SUBMITTED CONTENT

If you submit a product review, comment, photograph or other content, you confirm that:

  • The content reflects your genuine experience

  • You have the right to submit it

  • It is not unlawful, misleading, abusive or defamatory

  • It does not infringe the rights of another person

You grant Beauty Harmony Lab Ltd. a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce and use the submitted content in connection with our website and marketing, unless otherwise agreed.

We may remove content that is fraudulent, unlawful, abusive, irrelevant or in violation of these Terms. Reviews will not be removed solely because they express a negative opinion.

14. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATION

By placing an order or contacting us, you agree that we may communicate with you electronically regarding your order, account or customer service request.

Marketing communications will be sent only where permitted by law and may be discontinued at any time through the unsubscribe link or by contacting us.

15. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content available on the website, including text, product descriptions, photographs, graphics, videos, logos, trademarks and design elements, belongs to Beauty Harmony Lab Ltd. or its respective licensors and is protected by intellectual property law.

You may access and use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish or commercially exploit its content without prior written permission.

The HERAVALDI name, trademark and domain name are the property of Beauty Harmony Lab Ltd.

16. ACCEPTABLE USE

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by law, including liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, defective products or the violation of mandatory consumer rights.

We are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or for business losses arising from products purchased for personal use.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. This does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our services, business practices or legal obligations.

The updated version will be published on this page with a revised date. Changes will apply prospectively and will not alter the terms governing an order that has already been accepted, unless required by law.

22. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

These Terms remain in effect while you use the website.

We may suspend or terminate access where a user materially violates these Terms, engages in unlawful activity or threatens the security or integrity of the website.

Provisions relating to intellectual property, liability, governing law and other provisions intended to survive termination will remain applicable.

23. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria.

If you are a consumer residing in another European Union or European Economic Area country, you also retain the protection of any mandatory consumer provisions applicable in the country of your habitual residence.

If a dispute arises, please contact us first at info@heravaldi.com so that we can attempt to resolve it directly.

Consumers may also refer eligible disputes to the competent Bulgarian consumer protection or alternative dispute resolution body.

Any court proceedings shall be brought before the courts competent under applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits a consumer’s right to bring proceedings before any court available to them under mandatory consumer protection rules.

24. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
