Shipping policy

ORDER:

Place an order through the following options:

A confirmation email will be sent once the order is received.

DELIVERY:

The shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on the delivery address. Your order will arrive within 2–6 working days after it has been processed. Deliveries typically occur on weekdays between 9:00 AM and 5:30 PM.

We deliver through DHL and GLS to:

*An address specified by you

*A DHL and GLS office of your choice (if this option is available)

If the customer does not provide access or suitable conditions for delivery at the specified address within the delivery timeframe, or does not collect the package from the designated DHL or GLS office, the seller is not obligated to complete the delivery. If your address is in a location with a fixed delivery schedule, you can check the schedule on the courier’s website.

For a smooth delivery experience, please ensure all necessary details are accurate and up to date.
