ORDERS

You can place an order through any of the following channels:

For orders initiated through Facebook or Instagram, the necessary order, delivery and payment details will be confirmed directly with you.

You will receive a confirmation once your order has been accepted.

DELIVERY

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated according to the destination and selected delivery method. The applicable options will be displayed at checkout or communicated to you before confirming an order placed through Facebook or Instagram.

Orders within Bulgaria are delivered through:

  • Speedy

  • Econt

  • BOX NOW

International orders are delivered through:

  • DHL

  • euShipments and its delivery partners

Depending on availability for the selected destination, delivery may be made:

  • To the address provided by you

  • To a courier office, parcel shop or locker selected by you

Please ensure that your name, telephone number, email address and delivery details are complete and accurate.

If delivery cannot be completed because access to the address has not been provided, the recipient is unavailable or the parcel is not collected within the courier’s specified collection period, the order may be returned to us. Additional delivery charges may apply if the order is sent again.

Delivery estimates may be affected by public holidays, weather conditions, customs procedures, high-volume periods or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. If your order is delayed, please contact us at info@heravaldi.com, and we will assist you in obtaining an update from the delivery provider.

Nothing in this section limits your rights under applicable consumer protection legislation.
