RETURNS, REFUNDS AND PRODUCT CONCERNS

1. PRODUCT DISSATISFACTION

If you are not satisfied with a product or have not achieved the expected result, you may contact us within 30 calendar days of receiving your order.

Please provide:

• Your order number

• The name of the product

• A brief description of your experience

Following review and approval, we will issue store credit equal to the purchase price of the eligible product. The credit will be provided as an individual code, valid for 12 months from the date of issue, and can be used toward a future purchase.

This voluntary satisfaction policy is separate from and does not limit your statutory rights relating to withdrawal, defective products or products that do not conform to the order.

2. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the order, without providing a reason.

To exercise this right, email info@heravaldi.com with a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the purchase. Please include your order number and the products you wish to return.

Products must be returned within 14 calendar days after you notify us of your decision.

For health and hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal may not apply to sealed cosmetic products that have been opened
